In a haunted apartment building, a paranormal investigator in decline has to reunite with his daughter to solve the mystery of the building and regain his credibility as a writer and father. All this, while trying to escape from the terrible creature that stalks the place, killing the tenants one by one.

After an unexpected death in apartment 13, Federico, a declining paranormal investigator and writer, moves in to solve the mystery and get his career back. To find out who is behind the murders, he teams up with Florencia, Federico’s estranged teenage daughter with a gloomy afterlife aura, and Gregorio, an admirer and medium expert in the supernatural world. With the help of his new team, the desperate investigator manages to establish a connection with Elizabeth, the young woman who died in that same apartment, who warns them of the monstrous creature that inhabits the building, and the dark secrets the other tenants hide.

Film has been selected for prestigious Sitges Festival 2023, as well as for Austin Film Festival that same year.
