Description

Three mischievous bank employees in a small deserted town all make plans to rob the bank at the same time – but none of them knows about the others.
In this fun crime caper movie, a small-town bank robbery is botched in the most ironic of ways. Three mischievous employees formulate a separate plan to rob the bank over the same weekend. Sheila, who was just dumped by the bank’s manager, formulates her plan to get revenge on him, predicting if that the bank is robbed it will be the end of his job.
Stu, young man that he is, is irritated into doing it by his best friend. Woods, on the other hand, is not robbing the bank exactly. He formulated his scheme as revenge against a local millionaire intending to rob only his personal deposit box.
Scorched keeps the laughs rolling with silly mix-ups and comic confusion.
“A heist movie in triplicate and a manic laugh getter in spades, this wonderfully wayward comedy should run off with a ton of dollars, euros and other comic currency.” – The Hollywood Reporter
“The clever twists, excellent cast and occasional laughs make this one definitely worth your money.” – Combustible Celluloid
“The cast members all have fun with their characters, and director Grazer demonstrates
his agility in keeping all these various story threads comfortably entwined.”
– Austin Chronicle
