Description

She was built to satisfy his every desire. Turns out, she’s got a few of her own. He thought she was created for his pleasure… He was wrong.

Jack Hadrian is a painter living in the mid-21st century. He spends his days painting by the ocean with his beautiful fiancée Lina. One day,  while  they are  swimming,  Lina vanishes, causing  Jack  to immerse his sorrow in alchohol, daydreaming about Lina, and  reliving  the anxiety associated  with  her  disappearance through his painting. His only interaction with the outside world are delivery people, a  cat, and an orb drone which shines advertisements into his cerebral implant for Muse GmbH, a company that promises to grow its clients  the perfect romantic partner through genetic engineering. Despite normally ignoring Muse’s advertisements, one day, when particularly  distraught, Jack reluctantly agrees to an inhome consultation, and learns the rules of adopting a Muse. Soon after the beautiful and alluring Evelyn arrives, things become more and more unhinged and Jack realizes nothing is as he had hoped it would be…

“Entertaining, slightly edifying and enlightening, sometimes disturbing…” – IMDb

“If you like puzzles, especially those that expose a new  puzzle when you’ve gotten past the first answer, Clew is for you. While appearing quite spartan in its staging and photography, it’s absolutely packed with metaphors, references, and of course clues.” – Ric Bretschneider’s My Thoughts to Your Brain

“A suspenseful and imaginative sci-fi chamber drama, Clew explores the darker aspects of potential technological advancement and presents the moral dilemmas that could be part of an uncanny, but certainly not unlikely, future.” – Cinequest
