An American action star from the 90’s is shooting a movie in Bulgaria, while three of his (now grown up) fans try to meet their childhood idol.
A group of friends find out that their childhood action hero is currently shooting his next film in town. John Keller is a washed up and almost forgotten American action star from the 90’s, who became known for playing in low-budget action films as Turbo Cop. The friends decide to meet their childhood idol and pitch him, in their minds, the best Turbo Cop script ever written. Ater a series of bad decisions involving the local and Russian mafia, Japanese Yakuza diamond smugglers and so much more, the three oblivious fiends decide to rob the production to solve all their problems!
