Jhon Jeiver, a lethal guerrilla fighter, escapes the Columbian armed conflict only to find himself facing a private war on two fronts.
Kidnapped by the FARC, notorious Colombian Marxist-Leninist guerilla, at 13, John Jeiver – known as Yei Yei – has been trained as a Light Treader (Pisa Suave): a one‑man army. After the signing of the Colombian peace agreements, he escapes the jungle for Bogotá, where he tries to care for his mother and the teenage son he last saw as a baby.
​Yei Yei must infiltrate a dangerous, well‑connected criminal organization run by another former FARC member, Apache, going undercover for Prosecutor Daniela León alongside Officer Giselle Duque. Never far away are the duplicitous spy Caldera and Yei Yei’s former commander Aníbal. As he learns the laws of the asphalt jungle, Yei Yei struggles to protect his family and confronts a moral dilemma: which side of the law does he truly belong on?
